Nathalie Blattman, a sophomore pitcher and outfielder for WTC Softball, has signed with Missouri Valley College, an NAIA college in Marshall, Missouri and will be joining the Vikings program this fall.

Originally from Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, Blattman has been a two-year starter for the Lady Westerners. During the 2019 season, Blattman had 14 hits, 9 runs, and 11 RBI’s, including 4 double and a triple, adding up to a .203 batting average.

As a pitcher, Blattman started 24 games, including 12 wins, 15 complete games, and one save. She also had 48 strikeouts, averaging 2.4 per game, and had a 5.22 ERA for the 2019 season. As an outfielder, Blattman has a 94% fielding average for the previous season.

Blattman was named to the WJCAC All-Academic Team in Fall 2018, Spring 2019, and Fall 2019 and in addition to recognition as NJCAA Second Team Academic Student-Athlete in 2018-2019. She was also named to the WJCAC All-Conference Team as an Honorable Mention in 2019.
