Andrea Randle, of WTC Women’s Soccer, has signed to continue playing with the University of Texas-Permian Basin (UTPB). The sophomore defender from El Paso, Texas joins the Falcons program after a two year stint with the Lady Westerners. UTPB is a NCAA Division II university located in Odessa, Texas.
In her two years as a Westerner, Randle played in 17 games, starting 13 games overall. In her career, she had 2 shots on goal and 6 shots total. During the 2019 season, Randle was part of a defense that allowed only one opponent goal in two games and two shutout games, all of which contributed to winning games. Randle was named to the 2018 NJCAA Region V Women’s Soccer All-Tournament Team.
“I have no doubt Andrea will do great things in her next journey," said Angles Robles, WTC Women's Soccer Head Coach. "It was a pleasure to coach her while at WTC!”
