The Western Texas College Westerners dominated their four-game series against El Paso over the weekend.

In the first game, Riley Yarborough delivered a stellar pitching performance, throwing 6 innings with 0 earned runs and 8 strikeouts. Despite recording only 9 hits, the Westerners capitalized on 8 walks from El Paso's pitchers, securing an 8-3 victory.

The momentum continued into the second game of day one, with Anaya Paredes taking the mound and allowing only two earned runs over 6 innings. Despite a tighter scoreline, the Westerners clinched a 4-3 win, thanks to Paredes' strong pitching and a solid performance from closer Destiny Sanchez.
