Jaime Barrow, a Western Texas College alumna, accepted the position of Assistant Rodeo Coach in August of 2017.

Originally from Florida, Barrow has been rodeoing since she was nine years old. She competed in barrels and breakaway roping.

Barrow signed with the Western Texas College Rodeo Team back in 2010. She qualified for the CNFR in barrel racing both in 2013 and 2014 as well as making the short go each time, once with Western Texas College and the other year at Tarleton State University. Barrow is a WPRA member and has qualified for the Southeastern Circuit Finals and All American Finals.

In 2015, Barrow earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Tarleton State University. She currently trains barrel horses and takes in consignment horses in her spare time. She loves helping out the kids.

Barrow is very excited to be back at Western Texas College and to help out with this amazing rodeo program. She looks forward to seeing National and Region Champions this year out of the great group of athletes on the team!
