The Western Texas College men's and women's track and field teams were back in action as they attended the South Plains College Indoor Invite at the Texan Track & Field Complex Friday, January 29, 2021.

Lady Westerner sophomore Lizette (Gloria) Aguilera finished 3rd in the 3000 meters with a time that has her ranked 4th in the NJCAA.

Westerner athlete Romel Plummer finished 4th in the 400 meters with a time that has him ranked 14th in the NJCAA. 

Westerner Samuel Martinez finished 7th with a time that has him ranked 20th in the NJCAA.
