Bronc Fleming starts his first year as the men's and women's head coach. In the previous 4 years, Bronc was the assistant coach for both programs.

 In his time as an assistant, the programs have produced 9 All-Americans and 6 top 10 finishes at the NJCAA National Championships. Highlighted by a 3rd place finish for the Lady Westerners in 2023. 

As a former student at WTC, Fleming knows the long-standing successful tradition of the program and is excited to be a part of it. His priority for many years has been helping mold youth into successful adults in all aspects of life. Those standards will continue as he works with student-athletes on and off the course. 

He and his wife, Molli, and their children, Maddox and Knox, are very active within their church, showing livestock and youth sports.
